The Cooper Caper is a virtual adventure designed and produced by Conundrum House in cooperation with the Sexual Violence Law Center, (SVCL) which is a non-profit organization in Seattle, Washington, dedicated to the protection, the privacy, safety, and civil rights of survivors through legal representation, consults, trainings, resources and advocacy..

In the case you make a purchase, and only then, your name, email and address are stored and used to facilitate your participation in the Cooper Caper. You will receive a confirmation email about your participation, and what you may expect in following communications. These emails will contain important instructions on how to participate in the Virtual Heist, and may even contain valuable hints and clues to the game that may prove useful in the event itself..

Neither Conundrum House, nor SVLC will share your data with any third parties.

How long we retain your data

After the event has concluded, you will receive a final afterword about the game, and an opportunity to provide feedback in a survey, and the opportunity to opt-in to future communications from SVLC and/or Conundrum House.

If we receive no response or further action from you after that email, your data is deleted.
