Unique to the Boeing 727 is the rear Air Stair which allowed the aircraft to disembark passengers at airports without their own stairs or passenger ramps.
Cockpit
The flight deck of the Boeing 727 required 3 crew - the Captain, the co-pilot, and the engineer. There was room for a 4th person in the cockpit - the jump-seat - used by auxiliary crew for training or monitoring purposes, or personnel catching a ride.

EXTRA SPECIAL – the inboard mixologist will teach and train you to make the special SVLC cocktail designed for this flight only. This unique drink will not be found in any recipe books, nor can be ordered at any bar – except the bar on Flight SVLC! And, if you opt for this training perk, your bar!
In an abundance of caution, Conundrum Air is also placing an undercover air marshal on this flight to ensure the safety of the passengers – with all these luminaries, important donors, and supporters of the cause – all this philanthropic goodwill and generous gifting, best make sure no untoward mishaps occur – better safe than sorry.

And as is also common practice, the cabin staff is at liberty to upgrade you to a better seat or cabin class – pay attention to opportunities you will have on board to play games, answer quizzes, solve puzzles or to flatter or otherwise ingratiate yourself with the cabin crew for those elusive and sought-after upgrade coupons.
